Carl Barrette at the national Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and a biotechnology fellowship in molecular genetics under Dr. Ilan R. Kirsch at the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Lombardi holds a medical license in the state of California and he is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in medical oncology. To stay at the top of his field, he is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
