In 1999, Dr. Arne led the team that developed the nationally recognized Heart Failure Center at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Dr. Arne is actively involved in clinical research and also specializes in the early detection and prevention of potential heart problems, as well as being one of the few cardiologists in the area with Level II training in multidetector cardiac CAT scan angiography. In five years, Dr. Arne would like to grow and improve his practice.
