Since he was a young boy, Dr. Martin Greenfield knew he wanted to enter the medical profession and become a doctor. He has been a practicing physician for 39 years and has been working at Pro Health Care Associates for the past seven. Dr. Greenfield specializes in endocrinology, and treating diabetes, both type 1 and type 2, and is responsible for seeing patients on a daily basis. He also acts as an attending physician at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine, and endocrinology and metabolism. Dr. Greenfield completed his endocrinology training at Harvard University, The Brigham Hospital and The Joslin Clinic. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Endocrinology, and serves on the governing council of the New York State Medical Society as well as on the legislative committee of the American College of Endocrinology. Dr. Greenfield attributes his success to quality patient care.
