Dr. Diaz has been practicing medicine for 27 years and started her practice seven years ago.

An expert in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Diaz is responsible for providing women with health and reproductive care. Prior to establishing Milagros D. Diaz, MD, PC, she was a partner at Rebold/Diaz for 21 years. Dr. Diaz sees herself as a role model as a female of Hispanic heritage who grew up in Spanish Harlem. She hopes that others look up to her for her dedication and desire to excel in her professional endeavors. Dr. Diaz takes great pride in her work and feels privileged to make a difference in the lives of others.  She attributes her success to hard work and determination, her parents advocated heavily for education as the key to a better life. Going forward, Dr. Diaz plans to continue providing quality health care for women

Dr. Diaz earned an MD at the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and a Bachelor’s of Arts at Mount Holyoke College, and completed her internship and residency at Nassau County Medical Center. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the American Medical Association, and American Medical Women’s Association.
