With 15 years of professional health care experience, Dr. Wells is responsible for overseeing the radiology department and supervising clinicians. With over 6 years as the diagnostic radiologist for SouthWest Radiology, LLC, Dr. Wells attributes his success to the great advice he received from mentors and listening to their advice. His mission is to serve the underserved and he enjoys helping his patients and having the opportunity to make a difference in their lives. With a strong background and training in breast MRIs, Dr. Wells’ greatest accomplishment thus far is the opportunity to work with other physicians and train them. To achieve a successful career in health care, Dr. Wells’ advises to be determined and finish all projects you start; you must have a desire to serve others and want to make a difference.

Dr. Wells received an MD from Meharry Medical College in 1996. He is also a board-certified radiologist and a member of the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America, Inc.
