As a result of her hard work, determination, diligence and focused nature, Dr. Free has enjoyed a successful 18-year career in health care. Apart from her work as a physician at Anniston Medical Clinic, she lends her expertise in internal medicine, geriatrics and cardiology to the Pinnacle Research Group. She directs pharmaceutical research programs with phase I, II and III studies for the group. Furthermore, she is an active staff member at the Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center and Stringfellow Memorial Hospital. 

Dr. Free holds a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry and biology from Indiana University, and an MD from Morehouse School of Medicine. She completed her residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in internal medicine. Active within her professional community, she is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Directors Association, the American Medical Association and The National Medical Association. Dr. Free takes pleasure in traveling, road biking and swimming in her leisure time.
